Headaches are not random.
In GNM (Germanic New Medicine) they are meaningful biological programs, precise signals from the psyche–brain–organ axis, revealing where and how an internal conflict is resolving.
There are different headaches because there are different conflicts.
Location matters. Sensation matters. Timing matters.
Let’s decode them.
1. Headaches of the skull (and the cervical spine)
Intellectual Self-Devaluation Conflicts
These headaches originate from conflicts that attack your mental worth, intelligence, or capability.
Conflicts are:
- Failing an intellectual test
- Not being promoted at work
- Struggling academically
- Being told “you’re stupid”
- Feeling incapable of figuring something out
- Self-attack thoughts: “I am stupid”
Conflict-Active Phase (CA): Decalcification (no pain)
Healing Phase: Re-calcification – Pain
Pain appears when you’re healing, not when the conflict started.
Some Associated Symptoms MAY be:
- Dizziness
- Neck pain
Why?
- C2 vertebra connects to optic & auditory nerves - dizziness, visual disturbances
If symptoms repeat, you are likely dealing with tracks (reminders that reactivate the program).
2. Migraines, danger and no control
Migraines are healing-phase events involving the Epi-Crisis (EC).
Brain Relays Involved:
- Frontal cortical thyroid duct relay
- Branchial arch relay
Core Conflict:
Heading into a dangerous situation and not having control
Feeling trapped. Exposed. Powerless.
Chronic Migraines = Tracks
- Certain foods
- Emotions
- Hormonal cycles (menstrual cycle)
- Places, smells, situations
Once the original conflict and tracks are identified, migraines stop.
3. Periosteum headaches, brutal separation
The periosteum (bone covering) is extremely pain sensitive.
When you press on the skull, the pain increases, this is a conflict active phase pain.
- Indicates brutal intellectual separation
- Being cut off from someone or something you mentally depended on
- Feeling exiled, rejected, erased, or abruptly disconnected.
This is one of the most intense headache pains in GNM.
4. Pressure/ (Headaches) inside the skull
These occur in the healing phase of self-devaluations in the cerebral medulla (white matter).
Sometimes if there are programs of the cerebral medulla that are in the healing phase (examples of tissues in healing: Bones, Muscles, Cartilage, Tendons, Ligament, etc.), WITH edema (Kidney Collecting Tubules) on the brain, can experience pressure on the brain.
When you press on the skull, if the pain doesn’t increase, then the pain is internally (intracranial pressure).
5. Migraine with zig-zag, No Headache
Ocular Migraines
Conflict: Unable to capture the visual morsel
You didn’t see it. You missed it. You lost sight of it.
Examples:
- Dropping something and losing it visually
- Looking for something and not finding it
- New drivers who once didn’t see something dangerous on the road, the car becomes a track.
Symptoms:
- Zig-zag visuals
- No headache
Final Truth about GNM
Headaches and migraines are not mistakes. They are healing phases, expressing where intellectual, moral, or control-based self-devaluations were experienced.
If they repeat, tracks are still firing.
Find the conflict, neutralize the track, biology calms.
Your body is not attacking you. It is speaking to you.
